SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding the weekend. If an order is placed Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your order. Normal Shipping is 3-5 business days. DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
For International orders, please allow 7-21 business days for you to receive your order.
Once your order is outside of the US, it is your responsibility to follow up
with your tracking information.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an order update e-mail, if checking out using your phone number you will receive order updates by SMS when your order has been processed(may take up to 48hours). You will also receive a second e-mail/sms once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.
- No Refunds. All sales are final and can't be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee for us to ship again(we are not responsible for shipping charge).
